Description
Students will gain knowledge of:
- The high voltage switch technology and the high voltage transmission systems
- Dielectric stresses of the components
- Off-shore and on-shore applications
- Insulating materials in high voltage technology
- Different parameters of insulating materials and are able to analyze them so that an evaluation and a selection of suitable insulating materials can be made for specific tasks
